When you wrote the first Tracy Crosswhite novel did you you see her as a protagonist in a series of books, or did she surprise you?

Robert Dugoni You never know how a publisher is going to react. In this case I had two story lines, the second being Tracy going after a serial killer. My editor said that I was hurting the second story, which he believed could be a strong book on it's own. So I pulled that storyline and wrote, Her Final Breath, and a series was born.

DO you ever see yourself picking up and continuing the Tracey Crosswhite series? I love the series and the characters. I have not finished the last book so I am not yet sure if things wrap up with no place else for the characters or story lines to go.

I hate to sound like a gushing fan but I just have loved every single one of your books. The plot is always well thought out and the characters so well drawn. I enjoy the courtroom and legal drama. Your novels never disappoint. I just finished Her Deadly Game, devouring it in a day and wonder if we will see the "Irish Brawler" , Keera Duggan again? I hope so!
