What's the best piece of advice you ever got from an editor or agent? Thanks. www.writeradvice.com

A Goodreads user
A Goodreads user asked Robert Dugoni:

Goodreads is a good place to discover new authors. I'm very happy that I discovered your books. How did you get published?

Ike
Ike asked Robert Dugoni:

Greetings, my wife and I are great fans of your works. We especially enjoyed "Sam Hell." We are also very much into the Tracy Crosswhite series and are wondering why Tracy and Dan named their daughter after him and not her sister (or did we miss the reason?). Keep the GREAT GOOD reads coming!

CARISSA
CARISSA asked Robert Dugoni:

No question, just a statement: I loved The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hell!! It was so good! Probably one of the best books I've read! Thank you!! :-) It won't let me post without a question mark, so... what part of the Bay did you grow up in? I'm from San Jose!
