Hi, I'm a huge fan of your books, and so eager to read "The Highwayman"...and so disappointed that it appears to be only available through Amazon's Kindle format. (I won a B & N Nook in a raffle; just doesn't make sense to purchase another e-reader.) Can you tell me when/if it will be available in other formats, including paperback? Thank you so much for your intelligent, captivating stories!

Thank you so much Carol, and congratulations on winning the Nook! Unfortunately, I am currently enrolled in the KDP program which means that I can't publish it in e-format anywhere else for a three month period. You can download a free app from amazon to tablet, phone or computer to read but I realize that is not ideal. It will be available in print at the end of this month or in early November, depending on how long it takes for full distribution. There are no restrictions to the print edition so it will be available through all the regular channels. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks very much again for your kind words.

Hello, as a librarian who has purchased all your books in print and electronically for my library (and your e-books have pretty nice circulation stats) I was wondering if you are going to be making The Highwayman available on Overdrive so I can purchase it for my library? I have readers who would love to be able to get it here.
