I won't have read this book if I had known that the first mystery would not be solved. I dislike intensely books that do this. What is your opinion?

And in then end looking for answers turned out to be too much. It makes total sense it ended the way it did. Also there was this whole other mystery going on which is the mystery of the book and that mystery was solved in the usual fashion even though the main perpetrator got away with it. (partly because of Rob's flaws)(less)
