Hi, David I will start by saying you are my favorite fantasy writer, I have read & loved all your books & cannot wait for a new one to come out. I love your character Darius & was wondering will there be a book about him? I would love to know more about him. Is there any chance of there possibly being a book about him?

As for Darius: probably not (with inserted standard caveats of who the heck knows what I might do in the future). But as of right now, I'm not planning any sort of prequel involving Darius.

I might do something stupid like bring him back from the dead, though. It's happened before.

Hi Mr Dalglish, I just finished reading your Paladins series, and you have very quickly become one of my favourite authors! I have never come across characters as compelling as Jerico and Darius (and Valessa, though just marginally less). I found that their questions of faith, morality, and ethics, along with their doubts and fears, were very relatable and personal. I am wondering if you follow a faith yourself?
