How do you deal with writer’s block?

C.E. Cannery I do a combination of things. First, I'll just keep writing, even if it is total nonsense. Then I go take a walk. Once I've had the proper time to mull over the plot, then I'll go back to the computer and delete some of what I wrote. Often times, not all of it is misguided, and I find that I can reform it into something more appropriate for the story. However, there are times where I just have to delete the whole thing.
