I loved the way the narrative viewpoint puzzle of Fifth Season unfolded. It was as engrossing as the actual story, a real triumph of both form and content. But obviously once it was all revealed it couldn’t be reused in Obelisk Gate. Did you have a plan as you were writing Fifth Season for how the narrative viewpoints would work in book 2?

I both bought and read the Broken Earth trilogy twice, so I hope you can answer two questions. Is the TV show on the series still in the works? I ssusoect from another answer that the project won’t happen. Will you do a book tour after the Coronavirus pandemic ends, and would you come to the San Francisco area?
