Thank you Lucinda for your kind words and your wonderful writing. This series is like traveling around the world. I knew nothing about Australia and the pearl industry was so interesting. Your detailed research is as if a curtain has been pulled aside. How do you do it? MaryAnn

Thank you so much, MaryAnn, I take a lot of pride in my research! I spent a great deal of time travelling around Australia and then staying in Broome for a while learning from the many amazing people there about its past. And of course books are vital in my research -- some of these books are listed in the Bibliography at the back of 'The Pearl Sister' if you are interested in finding out more yourself, and it is listed here on my Goodreads bookshelf for 'The Pearl Sister research.

Lucinda Riley:
I just finished reading The Seven Sisters and loved it. It was fascinating to read about the statue of "Christ the Redeemer." The story was intriguing, historical and very interesting! I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't a story that I knew how it would end. You are now one of my favorite authors. When can we expect #3 in the USA?

The Butterfly Room just took my breath away. It is my PErFECT choice of story if I could choose one book for the rest of my life. Mystery, Manor house, interesting characters, Chemistry, raining and snowy days, beautiful gardens, tiny towns, vintage and antiques, believable characters you pull for....thank you for writing it?

D o you have these in German. I Have a cousin in germany and wanted to let her know if you have them written in Germany.? I wondered if you had written about the third girl.? I remember when they got told about Pa Salt dying, then the story about the one with the ballet story, then about the one with Beatrice Potter but third one = I think that was the oldest one. That I seem to have missed= did I miss one. ?
