Does anyone else feel the author did Michael dirty with that ending? He waited for her and accepted her child as his own. She was growing in love with him. I don't think they had sex even though they were sharing a bed. And he would probably have to pick a new wife for the next grace year bc it would be expected of him as he is their leader. And we didn't get any cute scenes of their budding relationship.
