Hi Blake! HUGE FAN! read all your books. I just picked up Ted Chiang's "Stories of Your Life and Others" and found some similarities between your style and his. So much heart and profound meaning buried within a wild futuristic sci-fi story. Did you find inspiration from him or vice versa? Do you know Ted Chiang or have read any of his work? Just curious!! Thanks!

Blake Crouch I am in love with Chiang's writing. I discovered him after Arrival came out and have sense read all of his stories. I don't know Ted personally.
