I have a publishing question actually, my novel is currently up on Wattpad, and I am editing it (slowly granted since college life keeps me on my toes), will having my novel already on Wattpad damage my chances of having it published? I really enjoyed the Wayward Pines series, it was responsible for keeping me up way too late, and almost late work a few times haha!

What is Wattpad? Seriously, I really don't know. I can tell you I would NEVER publicly share my work until it was as perfect as I could possibly make it.

I lived in Roscoe Village in Chicago for many years. I recall Dark Matter beginning there, but the descriptions didn't match the real Roscoe Village neighborhood. I wonder if that was on purpose to set the story up in an alternate reality from the beginning? If so do we ever land in our reality within the book?

Someone told me to watch a TV show named wayward pines, and when i researched a little i found out that i can read the novels unseated if watching. That is how i stumbled upon your books. And I'm really glad that i did. I loved the pines series very much. Dark Matter and Recursion are awesome. When is your next book coming up?
