Thank you for all your wonderful books over the years. The first book I read was The Passion of Artemisia as a Humanities major in College.

Susan Vreeland I appreciate your comment, and am glad you were introduced to my books while you were in college. I hope you have not skipped over my short story collection, Life Studies. Because the short form requires such precision, I feel that it has some of my finest writing. However, I also hope you discover and like my latest, Lisette's List.

Whenever I'm feeling down, I think of Artemisia Gentileschi, and her experiences help me overcome all obstacles.
