I'm currently writing the third and final book in my historical fiction series that began with A SPARROW ALONE. This standalone "side-quel", called TAYVIE'S STORY, follows Tayvie, a biracial child who was lost at age 4 in 1924, from her early years in Memphis, TN to Occupied Paris during World War II, and ends out in Colorado where she's finally able to piece together her family's mysterious past.
