I'm listening to "The Better Sister" and I'm intrigued about the detective's last name, Guidry. I'm from South Louisiana "Cajun Country" and Guidry is one of the most popular names down here......and hardly recognizable and even harder to pronounce once you leave Louisiana. How'd you choose that name???? :)

Oh my goodness, I can't even remember now! But my father's family is from Louisiana, so I've spent a lot of time there. I must have picked it up along the way. In any event, it seems to suit Jennifer pretty well, don't you think?
