What's 1 example from your friendships that helped with writing your book on friendship?

Gina Handley, MA When I was preparing to spend a year volunteering in South America, I had so many friends step-up to support me. I had friends who gave monthly financial support. Friends who gifted me the items I would need for the journey. Friends who stored my earthly goods. Friends who threw me "good-bye" parties. It was so heartening how my people wrapped around me, as I did this scary, amazing thing.
