Maggie asked Jennifer A. Nielsen:

Hi! I'm a huge fan of all of your books. I've noticed that you write books of a lot of genres - the Ascendance Trilogy is medieval-ish, and Mark of the Thief and Traitor's Game are different types of fantasy, but then Resistance and A Night Divided are historical fiction. How do you come up with (and write!) such a wide variety of ideas? Thanks!

Jennifer A. Nielsen Hi Mag - I think that creatively, I need to work in a variety of genres and ideas. It keeps me challenged, which keeps me interested. If I were writing only one kind of story, I'd get bored, and my writing would show that. Thanks for asking!
