Hirkani W. asked this question about Stellarlune (Keeper of the Lost Cities, #9):
Is Shannon messenger going to choose keefe or fitz in the ninth book to go with sophie?

And you can't possibly argue because...wait, there are too many reasons for this, and I intend to list them all:

1. This seems like the most obvious, so it's going to be first: when Sophie told Fitz she was unmatchable, Prince I-Seem-Perfect-But-I'm-Not very nearly threw a fit, but Keefe was like, "So?"

2. While I'll admit Sophie (not very subtly) hinted that she's had a crush on Fitz throughout the series, at the end (particularly book 8, cough cough) I gathered that she was starting to get sick of being treated terribly by Fitz, even though as her boyfriend, he should be treating her like a QUEEN. But I have a feeling that if SOMEONE fessed up already (starts with a K, and ends with "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU JUST SPIT IT OUT"), he would have done everything differently.

3. While I still don't like Keefe's dad, his "head vs. heart" theory makes sense, at least with this precarious love triangle (that used to be a square, I have to add). I mean, yeah, Sophie liked Fitz, and there's no point in denying that. But what if she THINKS that she likes him, but really, all those little Sokeefe moments are the real deal? Keefe's dad might be onto something! (But don't tell Keefe I said that.)

All in all, (and because I'm too lazy to list any more reasons) I think Sokeefe will triumph in the end. And if you don't agree with me, then we can find out together when Sophie and the gang find Keefe, end him, and then Sophie spills her guts out to him. And also, who wants to clobber Keefe for running away but also wants to marry him? Or is that just me?
