Every country has its own foods and food traditions. We don't have the crackers that are used for s'mores outside North America. We just toast marshmallows over a campfire instead, traditionally with sticks but more commonly with skewers these days. I'm familiar with s'mores from American pop culture but I still have no idea why they're called that. (less)
