Hi my name is Larissa and I have another question for my book report what is the theme of the book?

Lisa Schroeder Hi Larissa, I don't usually like to answer homework type questions like this, but I do think questions about theme are hard. As authors, we don't always think about "theme" as we write, but most times, a theme does generally rise to the surface. I think the theme of this book is kindness and connection, mainly that kindness and making a connection with someone can often make a bigger difference than we ever imagined. What do you think?
