I was wondering if or when we might expect the latest books in the Renegade universe, particularly the Renegade Star and Last Reaper series & the conclusion of Orion Colony, in audiobook format?

J.N. Chaney The final Orion Colony audiobook has recently released, so you can find it on audible or amazon right now! As for the next Renegade book, you can pick that one up later in December. That is also true for the Last Reaper. I also have several new series with upcoming releases scheduled soon. In fact, my team and I release a new book every Sunday :)

I wonder why you chose to "censor" profanity in the Ruins series. I'm listening to book 2, having finished book 1. Every time I hear "spick" I cringe. Were you aiming for the juvenile audience? Surely not. Anyway, although it's a distraction, I love the series and will continue to the end. BTW, your other series with Christopher, Resonant Son, is an absolute blast! I look forward to the next book!

I just finished the Renegade Star series, and thoroughly enjoyed it. As much fun as the series was, Luke Daniels performance made it even better. How much input do you have on the audiobook production? Are you able to work with them to find voice actors you think would fit the feel of the book? At that point, do you get to work with the voice actor to help create the voice for each character?
