Bob Triggs A heavy sense of foreboding claws at John’s heart, and he turns his eyes to the east to see a huge black cloud racing in from the horizon; a misaligned demiurge, twisting and turning in demented fury, its long, sinister tentacles lashing back and forth across the heavens in a wild feeding frenzy. The cancerous aberration is engulfing the earth below in a light-impenetrable darkness, harvesting the fear and trepidation of the mortals living on the surface below, and covering his ears with the palms of his hands, he drops to his knees in veritable terror as a raucous outburst of bloodcurdling laughter reverberates off the surrounding hills and mountains.
