Goodreads asked Rhiannon D'Averc:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Rhiannon D'Averc I always say I don't get writer's block. It's true. The reason is that when I am scheduled to write, I show up and write. It's a habit of many years which took time and dedication to learn, and even if every word feels like pulling teeth, I don't give up and walk away until it's done.

I also have a strong process which starts with a plot. If you have a plot laid out properly, you don't need to figure out what goes next, so you don't get writer's block. Bash it out on the page, and if it's rubbish, you can redo it in the second draft. The important thing is making yourself write.
