Anyway, to answer your question, yes, I did "vomit" Ma'iitso Rises into the computer in about six weeks. It's development into Rex Chase was a longer affair, however. When I'm really humming I can put out about 3-4 pages an hour, but I'd say my average is more like 2. It kind of depends how much research in need to do.
