I'd like to start saying that I haven't read Dark Illusion so I don't know what happens yet. I've been rereading the prior Dark books and I would like to know if you have had any thoughts on bringing back the 12 Guardians from Dark Blood or Zev, Fen or Dimitri to defeat the Malinovs? Or for the 12 to get their stories told?

Christine Feehan Not at this time. I have so many stories with the ancients that I'm excited about. That doesn't mean I'll never go back, but I don't have any ideas or intention for that right now.

Like so many others,the quarantine this year allowed me to renew my passion for reading.My “guilty pleasure” was to re-read your Dark Series.In Dark Slayer c.11 where Ivory and Razvan are recovering from near-death fight,I assume referring to Syndil, Ivory tells Razvan “ I feel a part of you in them, though one, the strongest daughter of the Earth, is different and yet like you in some way.” Is there more to that?
