What would you say the age limit is for this book(and why)? A ten-year-old friend of mine wants to read it, but I'm not sure if it's age appropriate.

Katy Theis The TV series these books are based off of is rated TV 14. I haven't read any of the books yet but if they follow close to the show I would assume that middle school age children (12+) will be fine reading them.

A The series is rated TV-14, and is generally considered 16+. The books, however, should be tame enough for a 10 year old.
