How come if the book Winter is less pages than the book Cress, how come it is going to take so long until its publication? Is research needed or is there some kind of delay, maybe it's going to be published around that time for the next christmas because of the ironic name of the book? I'm not sure but it would be interesting to know.

But sometimes, books take more time to research and write than others that are 2 times its length, especially a conclusion book such as Winter. Authors need to take time to plan out and decide what the characters are going to turn out to be like, how the setting will change as a result of the character's doings, and how the relationships between characters will lie at the end. But I must admit, after the moderate lengths of the previous 3 books, I was a little intimidated by the... Hefty dosage of pages. Totally worth the time though; a conclusion worth reading through, by all means.
