Could a low level enchanter enchant high level runes if they had a large number of low level crystals? For example could Corin use 22 crystals with 100 mana to make a Citrine level enchantment?

Runes need to be enchanted in a specific time frame to remain stable. A low-level enchanter with a bunch of crystals could make a bigger than normal rune, but not by much, because they can't move mana into a high-level rune quickly enough to keep it stable.
Corin has an advantage over other low-level enchanters in this regard after the second book. (Spoilers ahead.)
Corin's second attunement increases his speed for transferring mana, which would allow Corin to charge larger runes more quickly than an average enchanter of his level. This still wouldn't allow him to enchant something colossally difficult, but he could enchant something from multiple crystals more easily than an ordinary enchanter could. (hide spoiler)]

I was wondering about monster contracts. Is it possible for anyone with the knowledge to form them or are they restricted to the summoner specific attunements? Like could an enchanter make a contract to get an additional mana type? or can an Arbitor make contracts as their attunement lines up similar to the Summoner and Soulblades?

Andrew Rowe:
I have been reading and writing since I was a teen. Everything I have written has been poetry, microfiction, and short stories. Now, I want to do more, to expand and write a whole series of books. I know what I want to write, but not how to write it. The first chapters I have written seem, to me, shallow and underwhelming for my vision. Could you offer any advice, how did you get your own books to match your vision?
