Hello! I loved Rebel of the Sands, and I'm hoping to finish Traitor to the Throne shortly, but I noticed something odd about one of the festivals that you mentioned. The festival was called Auranzab. One of my favorite books as a kid was the story of Jahanara, Princess of Princesses. Her brother (who ended up overthrowing his emperor father) was named Aurangzeb. Is there a connection between the two?

Hi there! Thansk so much! Well spotted ;-) So Aurangzeb actually means "Honouring the Throne", which is what the name of the festival is supposed to make reference to, given what the festival is about. So that's why I chose it :-)

Your book is beautifully written! I cant wait for the sequel! :) I however have to inform you that there seemed to be typos on page 216 (ISBN 978-0-571-32525-2) - I wasn't even sure why I had to inform you.. Nevertheless, I wish you the best! :) So when are the next books going to be available? :)
