Hi! I usually write in two sessions each day. Morning session is about four or five hours and ends at around 1pm. Then I take a long afternoon break, and start my second writing session between 6 and 7pm and write for 2-3 more hours.
It doesn't always work out like that, but that's what my ideal writing day looks like. My goal is to write a minimum of 1000 words in each session.
