How do you deal with writer’s block?

Andrew J. Brandt You know, I admittedly haven't really dealt with a major case of the writer's block yet, and I think that's because by the time I sit down to write, I have had the idea for the story in my head for so long it's just itching to get out. I've been stumped a few times, or hit a roadblock in getting my characters from point A to point B, and when that happens, I'll take a break for a little while, watch some baseball or something, and come back to the page with a fresh mindset.
