Hi Allison, how are you? I'm a big fan of dectives books and just recently read the No Evil trilogy, and I loved it. specially when one character appears in others books and there's a sense of continuity. I would like to ask what other books the Kincaid family members appear, besides the Lucy Kincaid series. I want to read all books from the Kincaid family before starting with Lucy's, since she is the youngest.

If you liked Nick Thomas in SPEAK NO EVIL, he's a secondary character in THE HUNT (this is Miranda and Quincy's book, and they make an appearance in FEAR NO EVIL.) THE HUNT is one of my mom's favorite of my books, the second that was published.
KILLING FEAR, which comes after FEAR NO EVIL, focuses on Carina Kincaid's partner Will and his love interest, Robin. The Kincaid's make appearances in that book as secondary characters, with Dillon being a bit more prominent.
PLAYING DEAD has a sub-plot with Nelia Kincaid, though she's not a prominent character. The book also introduces "Rogan-Caruso" as a business, and JT Caruso who is a secondary character through Lucy's books. It also introduces FBI SSA Megan Elliott, who is one of the lead characters in SUDDEN DEATH, Jack Kincaid's story.
FATAL SECRETS introduces the Rogan family as secondary characters. I kind of evolved and changed the family by the time I came to the Lucy Kincaid series, so there may be minor inconsistencies, but nothing major. No Kincaid's in the story, though Jack and Megan are mentioned.
CUTTING EDGE is Duke Rogan's story and Sean plays a strong secondary role. No Kincaid's in the book.
Lucy's series brings in all the Rogan's and Kincaid's at various times, so we get to know what's going on with the family. They also help a lot! Patrick plays a big role in (2) KISS ME, KILL ME, (3) IF I SHOULD DIE, and his "story" is part of (7) COLD SNAP. Dillon and Jack plays a role in many of the Lucy books. In IF I SHOULD DIE, Kane Rogan is brought in as a minor character (off-screen, so to speak) and then has a bigger role in the series starting with (8) DEAD HEAT when Lucy is an FBI Agent in San Antonio.
COLD SNAP is kind of a Kincaid Family Christmas and all the Kincaid's are part of the story! It was nominated for a Thriller award.
SHATTERED is the 4th book of my Maxine Revere cold case mystery series. In the book, Max investigates a murder of a young boy that is similar to the death--twenty years ago--of Lucy's nephew, Justin. Max and Lucy work both the new and old case together. Carina and Connor play a role in the story, with the other Kincaid's smaller roles.
I hope that helps and I didn't forget anyone! LOL. I love writing recurring characters, but sometimes it's hard to keep them straight. I'm launching a new series next year (I still have a Lucy book coming out though!) set in a different "world" so-to-speak with a completely new cast of characters. Hopefully I can keep all of them straight, too!

Hello Allison, I wanted to share with you that I just finished North of Nowhere and absolutely LOVED it! I have to admit this was my first by you but I am very excited to start on your others.
