I am trying to find out what Yorkie Bars are. I think they are like what we call Internal Affairs Officers, but the book, so far does not say. What does Yorkie Bars mean in this book? Thank you.

(I've never heard the term Yorkie used of Yorkshire people but Yorkshire Terriers - a dog breed- are often called Yorkies.)(less)
