I'm only about 50 pages in and so far it's not really doing a whole lot for me but I see such incredible reviews. Does the book get better as it goes or am I just missing the point if it doesn't grip me straight from the get-go?

Too much detail that was then later repeated by characters either coming to grips with what was said or reliving their part of the testimony we all just heard. Never gripped me at all. (less)
