Write! Too often, one gets lost in visions of what their book should look like. For some, it's a constant flurry of editing, that does not allow them to go further. Keep writing, don't worry about the quality just yet. There's plenty of time to criticize and nitpick after the first draft is done. The important thing is consistency and persistence. Get the first draft done, and then go back and refine it.
