I love to read a series and I am always on the prowl for any series involving angels, fallen angels, nephilim, demons, grigori etc. I have just started your Evolution trilogy. I'm half way through Angel Evolution and I was wondering how or where you came up the concept of demons being good and the angels being bad?

Hi Missy, great to hear from you and thanks for your support! The Evolution Trilogy was the first series I ever wrote, so I was really looking for an idea that would be unique and set my series apart from the many other angel/demon series out there. What I noticed was that most angel series had at least some religious aspect to them, even if it was a loose connection to it. I decided to take a non-religious approach and make my angels and demons a result of something more scientific--evolution. So from there I had NO LIMITS on what they could become. What's cool about it is that the "angels" and "demons" are just evolved humans, and therefore, very human in a lot of ways. Just like other humans, they have the ability to choose their own paths, whether one of good, evil, or somewhere in between, as well as make their own mistakes. I hope what you'll find as the series goes on is that the line between good and evil isn't so clear cut and that there are angels and demons on both sides trying to do the right thing :)
Thanks again for your support and happy reading!!

Hi from France ! This is not a question, just a few words to tell you how much I liked reading the moon dwellers ! It's written in such a way that I could almost think I was actually the one saying/writing it... (the sarcasm and everything, so funny !) I can't wait for amazon to deliver me the next books (what are they doing ? digging caves and tunnels to get to me ??) Emy (A french book eater)

I first need to say, I am LOVING your books! I adore every character- have found myself laughing and even audibly gasping which I have enver done while reading. I just read the first two in The Kingfall Histories. I now am seeing that they are a follow up to The Fatemarked Epic. Do you recommend reading that BEFORE the Kingfall Histories? Would I benefit by reading those prior to the rest of the Kingfall Histories?

Hi David, I just wanted you to know that I have just finished reading your entire Dweller/Country Saga. I absolutely loved them, I've not enjoyed a series that much in a long time! I've always wanted to be a writer and you've inspired me to start writing again. Can't wait to read more of your work. What would you recommend I try next?
