I watched the series and when it got to that part, I cried. I was rooting for Billy & Camila the whole time. I think Billy & Daisy made a good pair of friends, someone who understands your heart and pain but under no circumstances should you create a life with them. So with her saying that she hopes Billy calls Daisy, and telling Daisy that she hopes Daisy will answer his call, maybe it’s her acknowledging that. She mentioned that she saw Daisy got sober and created a beautiful life for herself so maybe she’s also confident that now Daisy won’t drag Billy down with her. (less)
