Hey Kyle, thanks for asking. Yes, the last two books in the series will both have Kickstarters for them just like Age of Legend. We'll basically be "rinsing and repeating." Besides getting the story before the official release date, and being recognized in print b having your name in the acknowledgments, the Kickstarters provide all kind of perks that we just can't do when sold through the retail chains.
Producing the books in a large print run using the same printer, paper, and cover stock as Del Rey isn't cheap, and the Kickstarter helps defray those expensive "up-front" costs. So far, every Kickstarter I've held to help with the printing costs have funded, but if in the future one doesn't, then I'll take out a loan and do it on my own. I don't see any possibility that there won't be hardcover editions for all six books.
The current Age of Legend Kickstarter still has four days left, and it's going really well. It surpassed The Disappearance of Winter's Daughter in terms of total amount funded, and it may pass it with regards to the number of backers before all is said and done. That's our next stretch goal, and we are only 86 backers away.

Hi Michael, Not so much a question as high praise following really.. i immensely enjoyed the latest installment of Royce and Hadrian! - I'd also like to urge you, if you at some point have the time and inclination, to write more Royce and Hadrian stories. I am confident that we are MANY who would love additional tales of their adventures!(?) - Death of Dulgath was exceptional!

I know that the Riyira Revelations were all completed before you started publishing them, and you've said that really helped you make sure the overall story arc fit well and each book built on the last. How do has it changed the writing process for you to write the Riyira Chronicles or Hollow World without being able to hold them back?
