Yay! I need to do a Pushing the Limits reread, too!
In the novella, Red at Night, there is the start of Grace trying to repair her relationship with Lila. Eventually, Lila, Grace, Echo and Natalie do become friends again. Lila and Echo remain very close, but they aren't nearly as close with Grace and Natalie especially as they all go to different colleges.
