Goodreads asked Catherine Townsend-Lyon:

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Catherine Townsend-Lyon I guess I'd have to say, all the wonderful doors that have opened for me. I have had many blessed opportunities to share my book and story on many Radio Shows, Internet Podcasts, a few articles have been written and shared through major media outlets. I've been involved in studies on suicide prevention for first responders through the University of Melbourne, and just this past week, another article that I was interviewed by: Elaine Meyer, of NY Columbia University Dept. of Public Health.

It is research and study about The Health Cost Gambling is having on our population, and the negative impact in our communities. Here is the link:

It's one of the best Gambling Impact Articles I have read in my 8 years in recovery. So again, many doors have opened so I can reach and help more people in and reaching out for recovery.
