I don't drink alcohol because it makes me fall asleep almost instantly. So there is no enjoyment factor. I struggle to understand why people like alcohol so much. But several members of my family are coming to terms with alcohol abuse and I want to understand how to help the people I love. Anyone else in a similar situation? Would you recommend this book and/or other books to help gain perspective or tools?
