I just finished The Seven Sisters, which I really enjoyed. I will be moving on to the next book in the series soon. When you started the series, how much of the plot of the whole series, and each book, had you already decided the plot for - and how much is it evolving as the books are each being written?

Lucinda Riley Hi Louise, what an interesting question! When I began the series, I had in mind the overarching plot, as well as the secret plot which threads through all the books -- perhaps you have already spotted some clues. When it comes to writing each one though, I first do a lot of research and then let what I have learnt guide me. Also, my characters tend to take charge of the story!
