Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Patricia W. Fischer I started with a short story and began to realize that several of my other projects could be strung together if they were all set in the same town. I came up with the Parker-Davis family through brainstorming.

The second book of the In Weighting series is about Sam, the cousin in the first. Her journey has proven to be much more emotionally deeper and harder to write, but she's really purging her angst and we're finally getting somewhere.
