I'm not sure who Peg is, but I wanted to let you know that there is nothing in this book that would make you feel worse - no exercises, medication suggestions, no treatment ideas except for any 'treatment' you derive from loving yourself, being gentle with yourself, etc. It offers no cures for anything. Just beautiful wisdom that made me feel better! (less)
