Went home sad, got my mother, she went back to the library and told the librarian that I should be able to take out any book I wanted and that books weren't male or female. My mother could be scary, even though she was barely five foot and sort of very conservative about most things. And THIS was in 1963 and so books do NOT have a sex. (less)
