I had my…moreWell, obviously that's changed (see the many male reviewers). No, it's a book about a rock and roll band, but it does have romantic elements. I had my own band during the Seventies and Reid does a good job in depicting the struggles between musicians about what directions a band can take. The drugs and other excesses might feel a bit over the top, but are totally consistent with what Gregg Allman described in his memoir. (less)
