Nezha's name appears to be a reference to the Chinese deity! If pronounced like the deity's name in Mandarin (not all names in the book seem Chinese, or at least adhere to common romanisations) the closest way I might be able to describe it in terms of English sounds is 'ner-jah'. The 'ne' character in his name has the second ('rising') tone, while the 'zha' has a neutral tone and is pronounced lightly.
