Hello. I just came across the news yesterday that NBC has cancelled Midnight Texas (not a pleasing Christmas gift). I love the show & the book series. I read where the studio is searching for another network to pick it up (not sure if the article is true) & hope it finds a new home. I also came across a petition to Save Midnight. In any case, are there plans for future Midnight books? Happy Holidays.

Charlaine Harris My publisher for the Midnight series has not asked me for more books. I am really disgusted the show got cancelled. I enjoyed it so much, and the cast and crew are so talented.

That’s the year I was born…I have had a creative mind to write poetry my whole life…however never really pursued it until now…I think it’s pretty good…a publishing company seems to think it’s pretty good…I included my author page…because I am so new to this writing world…I have been trying to establish myself now….I was curious because you books look very established….I love mysteries and solving puzzles…!?

Have you ever thought about publishing some books as an indie author? That way you could write write what you want, not just what your publisher wants. I know that the author Yasmine Galenorn does both traditional publishing and Indie publishing.
