Since Chris' fantasy counterpart, Talan, was a Guardsman, did he (Talan) ever run into Allara? I know, that's more than likely my romantic self asking that question, but...I'm re-reading Dreamlander and the part where Raz says he was in the Guard jumped out at me. So...

K.M. Weiland Hmm, I'd never thought about that before! The Guard is huge, much bigger than just those men who guard Allara and the royal family. I always envisioned Talan being stationed in the borderlands, so he probably would never have met Allara, although it's possible he might have seen her before. She probably wouldn't have even noticed him.

But it is an interesting question!
