Heena Rathore-Pardeshi Hello, Ri. I'm not sure if anyone can make their book available for free on Goodreads unless it is a classic (and have no idea how the other librarians here do it.) We can only list the book here along with the Amazon and other links where they can buy the book. Though you can approach the reviewers here and offer them your book like the usual way.
I'm not on KDP, so have no idea about anything related to it. Sorry, if my answer wasn't of any help to you.
