I'm so glad you loved The Unwanteds book 1! Hope you enjoy the whole series and the Quests series, too.
I have enjoyed writing all of my books quite a lot, but my favorite to write was probably book 6 of The Unwanteds, Island of Graves. Incidentally, it was also the hardest one to write.
One of my favorite books is The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis. I also love the Harry Potter books. And a book called The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver.
